Networking is not the collection of contacts but rather the building of relationships. Harlem entrepreneur Tommy Danger recently joined an online community led by multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated producer Illmind (@illmindproducer) called the Squad of Knights (@squadofknightsnft). The collective currently consists of 2000+ members, which include artists, producers, graphic designers, videographers, engineers, entertainment lawyers, and music industry disruptors in the Metaverse.

To gain access to the elite squad, one must first be an NFT holder. This step allows each artist to maintain total control over the rights to their music and profits. Frustrated with the music industry’s gatekeeping model, Tommy Danger used the new opportunity to connect with multiple squad members. West Coast music producer Dom_Brady (@dom_brady1) was one of the first to respond. After a few meetings in the Metaverse, the two got down to business and completed three new tracks together.

The first collaborative release is titled “Winning” and features R&B singer A.M Ceralvo (@amceralvo). Dom_Brady’s unique sound and impeccable engineering allow Tommy to showcase his signature Harlem style over a smooth jazz-type beat. Reminding listeners that a winning mindset is a valuable tool, Tommy and A.M both do an excellent job conveying the song’s message to everyone tuning in. Now available on all music streaming platforms, make sure to add “Winning” to your favorite playlist and give it a listen.

Tommy Danger is now finalizing his next full-length release, “MAC V2.” With over 50 songs to choose from, his followers will surely be in for a treat. Always looking for a way to give back to the culture, Tommy is looking to open an online academy to help other artists new to the music scene. The GBC Academy will teach them how to get their first one hundred streams on social media without having to spam anyone, as well as other helpful tips they can later incorporate.
